The high-performance Automatic Direction Finding Antenna (ADFA), in conjunction with the SignalShark, is a uniquely compact and cost-effective solution for many applications: whether for frequency band management, interference detection, border monitoring or much more. It can be mounted quickly and easily - without tools - on the roof of a vehicle, on a tripod or on an antenna mast, and you can start taking bearings straight away. Put your trust in technology "made in Germany" - or rather: developed and manufactured by Narda!
Highlights
- Precise direction finding of signals from 10 MHz to 8 GHz
- Fast direction finding cycle of 1.2 ms, ideal even for very short signals
- Time-saving and easy to install and align
- Precise direction finding results thanks to the integration of several antenna elements
- Exact localization through additional vertical signal detection (elevation)
ADFA - well-equipped for direction finding
We have given our Automatic Direction Finding Antenna everything you need for the fast and precise localization of signals: A correlative interferometer with nine dipoles, a central reference monopole for direction finding as well as an omnidirectional monitoring antenna and much more are on board to show you the way to the signal.
Precise direction finding results with the ADFA:
- 200 MHz - 8 GHz correlative interferometer
- Incl. two dipole rings for medium and high frequencies: 380 mm diameter for 200 MHz - 8 GHz / 128 mm diameter for 2.7 GHz - 8 GHz
- Two orthogonally crossed coils for low frequencies (10 MHz - 200 MHz) using the Watson-Watt method
- Integrated electronic compass and GNSS receiver with antenna and PPS output
- Calibrated with an elevation of +40° to -20° (displayed)
- Diameter: 480 mm
